About two years ago I was shopping around but not quite serious yet but I remembered how polite and kind and not pushy he was.  When I quit work this year to look after my mother he met me at my home which in this day and time is unheard of.  That let me know how serious he takes his business.  What was very stressful for me quickly diminished. Not only only did he go over every option suitable for me he got me signed up and I won't skip a beat in coverage.  Wow!
